Kimberly Zimmerman is a graduate of The Institute of Integrated Nutrition her practice focuses on the alignment of the body, mind and spirit to achieve your body’s ideal health.
Kimberly was a division one soccer player at UC Riverside. Here she struggled with adequately fueling her body for the grueling workouts of college athletes. After achieving her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration she went on to a corporate career in marketing that left her body and spirit depleted.
She found her career and life shift when she took her business and marketing skills to a small Living Food restaurant called Good to Go in Orange County, California. Good to Go Restaurants and Kimberly served thousands of people. They created a wholesale line was distributed to local health food stores. Kimberly also started the Curl Bar. Curl Bar is a Juice Bar in Newport Beach, Ca. located in the Curl Fitness Facility. Here she created her first Juice and Smoothie menu and was blessed to bring a holistic approach to the Curl Fitness population. Since then she has helped numerous juice bars and yoga studios successfully launch their operations. She has worked with Bank of America, Necktar, Zen Foods, Curl Fitness, and Earthy Juices.
Kimberly thrives in guiding others towards a healthy mind body relationship through nutrition and yoga. She has worked with thousands of clients both individually and in-group settings to help them look and feel their very best. When she is not working with clients you can find her lecturing on wellness at corporate offices, health establishments and schools. Kimberly is a certified yoga teacher and works with private clients and teaches group classes. Kim opened her own yoga studio in 2015 The Juicy Life Yoga Studio, in downtown Santa
Ynez. The Juicy Life Yoga Studio is spacious and eco chic, featuring hardwood floors, ceiling-to-floor mirrors and a plush seating lounge for students to gather before and after class. Class styles cover all levels, including dynamic heated Power Yoga in beginner and advanced formats as well as Yin Yoga, sweetly nicknamed ‘adult naptime’, for a more restorative experience. Students are taught how to unlock the connection between body and mind and further use that knowledge as a guide in their life off the mat.
In her free time you will find her outside sun bathing, gardening, running, hiking, reading, snowboarding and doing pretty much anything at the beach. Kimberly believes that helping others is her diving opportunity to give back and looks forward to helping you achieve your optimal health.
A note from Kimberly…
Over the past 10 years and probably my whole life a familiar voice has led me through a journey of discovery. Pulling yoga, whole foods, juicing, holistic mentalities and an abundance of beautiful healers into my life. My path has led me to the conclusion that there is so much more life has to offer if you just let it.
There is burning desire inside me to help others achieve their highest light. I believe it is my purpose to share what I have and will continue to learn with the world.
I would be honored to share my light with you as we brighten the world together and live the juiciest life possible!
